Exotic flow and tricks Workshop with Jekaterina Oborina
Class duration: 90 mins
Class description: The class will consist of the exotic tricks and flow part. We will start the class with practising few elements, such as spins, jumps or floor work elements, which will later be integrated in the choreography. The length of the choreo is approx 1.50 minutes. During the class we will focus on the movement fluidity, shapes and body alignment.
Level: All levels can attend the class, the tricks will be adjusted to your level.

Exotic flow – is the very technical and currently one of the most popular and growing styles in poledance. It has very distinct elements, such as legwork, floor work and movement fluidity. It is characterised with endless grace and has a strong vibe of feminine power!
